The Power Acoustik PD-740NB works better than I hoped. I have only used the 32gb capable USB, the SD card reader, DVD, Bluetooth and radio. I don't plan to purchase the Navibox-2 GPS box because I stream Google maps from my cell phone via the A2DP blue-tooth which gives me turn by turn directions through my vehicles speakers. The sound quality is very good going through my Pioneer 600 watt 4 channel amp. I can't verify the sound using the units' amp. I installed this unit in a 1973 Chevrolet so I cannot review the steering wheel control function either. I did install a back-up camera and it works flawlessly. I connected the provided external microphone for the blue-tooth and my friends cannot tell I'm driving; which is amazing since my truck has headers, dual Flowmaster exhaust with 2 1/2 plumbing! FYI, your flash drive and SD card must be formatted for Fat32. I did call their customer service because the instruction manual wasn't clear to me on how to access the touch screen setup menu. The customer service tech was friendly and gave excellent "Drag-N-Drop Widget Menu instructions. I highly recommend this unit.

This head unit is one the the best i ever own... let get to the pros and cons.pros: Bluetooth works great. has build in mic and and extra mic to place somewhere else. phone calls was clear.lcd screen tilt to the angle you like and remember that setting.sd card can play music and movie, usb might be able to play movie too but didn't check. i only use the usb w/ my iphone.lcd screen is one of the clearest i seen even in sunlight.cons: touch screen is not as responsive as i like, tapping on screen is ok but dragging is horrible. lucky there not alot of need to drag stuff on screen unless you want to arrange the icon.Dvd cannot be played while in motion. i need an override for this but haven't found one yet.I had to give it four star just because when people buy lcd screen radio for the passenger to be able to watch movie on the road. if it can't do that then what's the point. i could spent 3/4 the price for this one.

Predominantly the unit is quite nice. It is a good interface for the price. The cost is reasonable. HOWEVER, HOPEFULLY YOU WILL NEVER NEED TECH SUPPORT! There must be 3 people in the company.I have a Droid Razr, one of the most universal droid devices out there. All of the adverisements and product manual states that it will use a phone book. My unit did not. So I called there tech support team! One VERY RUDE INDIVIDUAL. When I asked him for support he bluntly to me that the unit does not use a phone book! I told him about the adds and page 22 of the manual. He would say "THE UNIT DOES NOT USE A PHONE BOOK, is there anyting else" He would just repeat himself when questioned!Finally he said ?IF YOU DONT WANT IT SEND IT BACK AND STOP BOTHERING ME".So if you buy this unit pray you will never need support from this bombastic, unprofessional, rude and purely stupid individual! I pity anyone who has to deal with this idiot!So like the creton says, "OUR UNITS DO NOT SUPPORT PHONEBOOK".
