This is an incredible aftermarket GPS unit for my 2011 RAV4. It looks even better than the factory unit from Toyota that usually comes with the Limited trim level RAV. The unit feels good, nothing cheap about it. I had some concerns before I had it installed because there were no screenshots of what the map looks like, but I'm more than pleased at the visual aesthetics of the map and the unit's user interface. Very high quality screen with good resolution, and the unit is very responsive when you use the touchscreen. I recommend this unit very highly for anybody who wants to make their RAV4 look cool. I would almost go as far as to say not to pay the extra money at the dealership for navigation installed by the factory and buy this unit instead.My only two complaints:(1) My RAV has the premium sound system, and it was not compatible with the JBL speaker system for whatever reason. The place where I had it installed was able to get around this by using some adapter, and everything works and sounds great now.(2) Unlike the factory units from Toyota, this unit does not turn on instantly. It takes about 10 seconds for it to start up after you turn on the car, and another 10 seconds for the nav system to power up. Not a big deal in the long run though---- IN A NUTSHELL ----PROS - Sharp, clear 7" screen - Very fast and responsive to touch - Good interface for map; good map graphics - Easy to use interface for other features - Able to be used while the car is in motion - Lots of features and customizable options - Good price - Ships from the USACONS: - Not compatible with JBL system without an adapter of some kind - Must be professionally installed - 10-second start up time - Additional 10-second delay while nav system starts up - Bluetooth music streaming not available

I received it package on time. The system came with everything as mentioned. I took it to a local company and they Put it in the car.I tried and work great. Haven't had any trouble with it so far. The touch screen works perfect. I can hear every song an it fits correctly in the Rav4 radio area. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Replies all your queries instantly.I highly recommend it.

This unit looks to be made extremely well. Unfortunately it's electrical plugs don't match a 2012 model. I will be on the lookout for an updated model by Simplesoft. Keith
