I have been very happy with the purchase of this socket set. First, I will tell you that I use it for DIY projects around the house. I am not hard on my tools and do not use them on a daily basis. What I was looking for was a quality set at a decent price, and one that would have pretty much every socket and accessory I may need. This fit the bill perfectly. I know the black finish will seem gimmicky to the true professional, but I like them. I will agree with another reviewer that the case holds the sockets very well - perhaps too well - they are sometimes difficult to remove. Lastly, and MOST importantly, when I am using these tools they feel like a quality product rather than a cheap one. The sockets fit snugly on the handles, and the the handles smoothly release each socket. If you want socket set for DIY home projects which works well, has everything you should need, and you don't want to pay too much for it. This is it.

I admittedly haven't had to use any of these tools yet since I just bought them to keep in my car in case I need them but I did open them up to at least get an idea of what I had bought. The case latches securely and the pieces are all held securely inside so they won't float around. As I mentioned, I bought these to keep in my car in case of an emergency so the size of the set is ideal. Craftsman sets for a similar count were over twice the price and these have a lifetime warranty as well so they are a good deal. I'm not disappointed.
