I purchased this bag as I travel a lot. A friend had the same bag but the color was different. Investigating his bag I was excited about the look and the amount of space given. Because I had already purchased other bags (Samsonite) and after two flights my bag was ruined I was interested in something durable that would not break. Looking at my friends Ogio Rig it looked really durable. The wheels seemed sturdy and the zipper functioned freely. Thus, I made the purchase.Upon receiving my Ogio Rig, I was very impressed. Although, everyone said I purchased a hokey bag I was convinced I purchased a bag that I could use as a frequent traveler. The wheels moved freely and it had lost of space just what I was looking for.The only cons I had about this bag was it's weight. However, I researched other bags similar in size and discovered that no other bag was lighter. I would had loved a bag that provided more compartments but the main compartment making for lots of space to place everything I would need on a vacation.

I bought an MX9800 OGIO in Brasil. I was pretty much satisfied untill it's plastic parts were broken by airport/airline mishandle.I got in touch with OGIO in Brasil and in US willing to buy that plastic "armour" part but they told me they didn't have it to supply.Be aware that in case someone mishandle your Rig9800 as they mishandle mine you will have an unusefull lifetime warranty bag.

We love Ogio products, and when looking to replace gear bags knew automatically what we wanted. However, the bag we received was missing all it's internal padded dividers. Knowing Amazon would replace it, I returned immediately and waited for the replacement. However, it also had no dividers in it. Disappointed that it was "incomplete".
